What we haul

Steel, lumber, farm equipment, precast, and anything that loads from the side or the top. If it fits inside a van trailer, we are the wrong call and will tell you so on the phone.

Six tractors is small enough that the person answering the phone knows where every trailer is standing right now, and large enough that a Tuesday load does not wait until Thursday. Roll-off containers run on a separate schedule, listed further down.

Equipment

Legal maximums. Anything past these is a permit load, which we do run, with lead time.

What dispatch needs to quote you

Have these seven in front of you and the number comes back on the same call rather than tomorrow.

Pickup and delivery, city and stateStreet addresses can wait. The two towns set the rate.
Dimensions, all threeLength, width, height as it sits loaded. Height is the one that changes the trailer.
WeightActual, not the catalog number. A scale ticket is better than an estimate.
How it loadsForklift, overhead crane, or it drives on under its own power.
Tarp or no tarpLumber and steel usually yes. It changes the rate and the driver.
The date it has to be thereAnd whether that date is real or hopeful. Both are useful, they just price differently.
Who signs and who paysIf those are two different companies, say so now rather than at the receiver.
